Urgent Recruitment: Sales and Revenue Control Officers
Skillset Limited is hiring about 150 Stock and Revenue Control Officers in different locations around Nigeria on behalf of one of its clients.
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, disciplined and of high integrity, able to carry out stock count, do basic reconciliations using excel or similar tools, demonstrate good leadership and interpersonal skills and work well with minimal supervision.
Expected Salary N250,000 - N300,000. More details below.
Requirements
● 1–2 years experience in inventory, storekeeping, cash handling, or sales operations.● Strong numerical and analytical skills.● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.● High integrity and accountability.● Good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Stock Management & Issuance● Manage stock billouts at distributor locations.● Issue stock to sales teams and customers based on validated requests.● Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile with system records.● Identify and report stock variances promptly.● Revenue Collection & Reconciliation● Reconcile cash and transfer payments from stock issued.● Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and remittances.● Reporting & Compliance● Prepare daily reconciliation and inventory reports.● Support audits and maintain documentation.● Ensure compliance with stock and financial SOPs.● Stakeholder Engagement● Work closely with distributors, sales teams, and finance teams.● Provide real-time updates on stock and operational issues.
